Charts

From an attached Excel file! - soooo nice in concept, but perhaps tricky in use? I am following the Excel example at http://mondego.calit2.uci.edu:7000/xwiki/bin/view/Help/Charts

One would think the data is accessible from
http://mondego.calit2.uci.edu:7000/xwiki/bin/download/Help/Charts/sample.xls
but there is something subtle (or too obvious) in the way file paths are handled. Anyway this is as far as we get after 3 hours:
